By creating an account or using Woofadaar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Woofadaar mobile application ("App") and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Woofadaar ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Woofadaar Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Woofadaar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.
Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
Woofadaar provides a platform for dog parents in India to manage their pet care journey. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
Create and manage profiles for your dogs, including breed, age, weight, and photo information.
Log daily health entries including meals, exercise, water intake, mood, energy levels, sleep, weight, symptoms, and medications. View health history and generate health reports.
Receive AI-generated daily tips, health insights, symptom analysis, and health reports personalised to your dog's breed and profile. These insights are powered by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only.
Participate in a community Q&A forum where you can ask questions, provide answers, share experiences, and connect with other dog parents.
Access articles, guides, and educational resources related to dog care, health, training, nutrition, and behaviour.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
THE AI-POWERED INSIGHTS, HEALTH REPORTS, SYMPTOM ANALYSES, DAILY TIPS, AND ALL OTHER HEALTH-RELATED INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH WOOFADAAR ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THEY DO NOT CONSTITUTE VETERINARY ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian with any questions you may have regarding your dog's health or medical condition. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay seeking it because of information provided through the Woofadaar App.
If your dog is experiencing a medical emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately. Do not rely on the App for emergency medical guidance.
AI-generated content is produced by machine learning models and may not always be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation. Woofadaar does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that you use such information at your own risk.
You retain ownership of all content you create and submit through the Services, including community posts, questions, answers, photos, and dog profile information ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant Woofadaar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services. This licence exists only for as long as your content remains on the platform.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
You may delete your User Content at any time through the App. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.
You agree not to use the Services to:
• Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional content unrelated to dog parenting.
• Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users.
• Post false or misleading medical claims about animal health or veterinary treatments.
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Services, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Services.
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services or collect data from the platform.
• Promote animal cruelty or share content depicting animal abuse.
Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination at our sole discretion.
The Woofadaar name, logo, branding, app design, user interface, underlying code, graphics, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Woofadaar and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.
All educational articles, guides, and curated content provided through the Services are the property of Woofadaar or its content partners and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used outside of the App without prior written consent.
Woofadaar may offer premium subscription plans ("Plus" or other tiers) that provide access to additional features such as AI-powered health insights, weekly health summaries, and priority support.
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Payments are processed securely. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fees.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee upon renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Free features of the App will remain available without a subscription.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if your conduct is harmful to other users, the community, or Woofadaar.
You may delete your account at any time through the Privacy & Security settings in the App. Upon account deletion, all your personal data, dog profiles, health records, community posts, and any other data associated with your account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
Woofadaar and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Woofadaar expressly disclaims any liability for health-related decisions you make based on AI-generated insights, health reports, or any other information provided through the App. You use all health-related features at your own risk and acknowledge that such features are not a substitute for professional veterinary care.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We shall not be liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
We are not responsible for the actions, content, or data processing practices of any third-party services integrated with or linked from the App.
In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services exceed the amount you have paid to Woofadaar in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App, by email, or by other appropriate means before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and may delete your account.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
