Stores your account data, dog profiles, health logs, and community posts in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted in Mumbai, India.
Stores and serves photos you upload (profile pictures, dog photos, community post images).
Processes your dog's health data to generate AI-powered insights, health reports, and daily tips. Data is sent securely and not retained by the AI provider beyond the request.
Tracks anonymised app usage events (e.g., screen views, feature usage) to help us understand how users interact with the app and improve the experience. Does not track personal health data.
Captures crash reports and error data to help us identify and fix bugs. Collects device information and error context but not personal health data.
Delivers push notifications to your device for medication reminders, health alerts, and community updates.

With your permission, we send push notifications for medication reminders, vaccination alerts, health insights, community replies, and daily engagement nudges. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. We limit scheduled notifications to a maximum of 3 per day to avoid notification fatigue.
With your permission, the app accesses your camera and photo library to upload dog photos and community post images. Photos are stored securely on Cloudinary's cloud infrastructure. You can delete your photos at any time by updating your profile or deleting posts. When you delete your account, all uploaded photos are removed.
Woofadaar is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
